Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

We do not allow returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason due to a majority of our items being custom made. However, if the item is damaged, incorrect, or if we cannot fulfill the order then we will offer either a refund, exchange, or cancellation depending on the circumstances. All claims of damages and/or incorrect items must be reported within 72 business hours of delivery. If return is accepted, item must be returned within 30 days. If you have an issue with your order, feel free to message us on facebook or email me, and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
